Dual-head Drilling
Drilling mechanical holes to enable electrical continuity between layers, with no metallic deposition on the hole's barrel.
PCB Lamination
Bond the imaged inner layer cores and pre-preg together at a specified temperature and pressure for a given duration to create a solid, rigid stack.
Vertical CU Plating
Boards undergo a redox reaction to deposit copper on the surface of the original insulating substrate to achieve an electrical connection between layers.
Acid Etching
Remove the unwanted copper (not protected by the film) from the panel through etching, to leave copper circuitry that matches the image.
PCB Exposure
The circuit pattern is completed by exposure imaging and development etching technology. We remove dry film where we want to keep the copper/define circuitry.
